Position 28 after a ray of hope on Friday

After a strong Friday, Tom Lüthi could not improve further on Saturday and we will start the German Grand Prix from the 28th position.

After a good performance in Friday's practice sessions, Tom Lüthi and the SAG Racing Team were hoping for further progress on Saturday. However, Tom and his team were unable to take full advantage of the good base - further improvement could not be achieved on qualifying day. Although the settings on the bike between FP3 and qualifying in the afternoon were adjusted again and the Swiss had found a good rhythm after a few laps, the time was not enough to still make the step into Q2 with a fast lap. Tom Lüthi will therefore start the race at the Sachsenring from 28th position.

Tom Lüthi (P28 | 1’24.998):

It has been a very tough day. After yesterday all the crew were very motivated to do a good step today again. But it went backward, we went in the wrong direction unfortunately. The race is tomorrow, it’s the important day and we don’t give up. We keep the head up, keep on fighting and keep on working
